Outlook setup
Use Copy for Outlook first, then paste directly into Outlook’s signature editor.
If Outlook strips the format, use Download HTML file, open it in Edge or Chrome, copy the visible signature, then paste into Outlook.
Outlook desktop
Click Copy for Outlook, then open Outlook Settings → Accounts → Signatures and paste into the signature editor.
If formatting breaks
Click Download HTML file, open it in Edge or Chrome, copy the visible signature from the browser, then paste that into Outlook.
Keep it exact
Do not paste the raw HTML code into Outlook unless you are editing the actual signature .htm file. Paste the rendered signature instead.
